Job summary

American Airlines at BWI - AVN seeks an experienced manager to oversee aircraft appearance, safety, servicing, and cleaning. You will lead a frontline team to deliver quality operations and ensure service levels are met for customers.

You will drive KPI performance, recruit and develop staff, and ensure compliance with FAA/OSHA standards in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of management experience.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license with clear MVR.
  • FAA and OSHA regulations knowledge.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and the ability to relocate.

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for delivering effective aircraft appearance operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage team to meet SLAs with customers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly with tact and diplomacy.
  • Proactively manage safety and security in line with standards.
