Job summary

A2G International LLC (A2G) seeks Mission Systems Operators to execute remote sensing wide area data collection missions aboard a multi-position aircraft. MSOs will collect and analyze information while functioning as aircrew during deployment rotations of 2-3 months.

Training will occur in Titusville, FL; relocation is not required. The Operator will support CONUS or OCONUS missions, with LWOP when not deployed, and management reserves on-site onboarding with A2G.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with four or more years of related experience; additional years may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain air surveillance and reconnaissance equipment (COMMINT, ELINT, SAR/GMTI, SIGINT).
• Coordinate real-time distribution of multi-source information with aircrew and ground assets.
• Conduct mission planning, execution, briefing, and debriefing.
• Operate ground-based communications systems (e.g., IC S, PRC117F, ARC 210/231) and SSDL radios.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs; complete field logs and data transfers.
