Job summary

A2G International LLC (A2G) is seeking a Site Operations Manager (SOM) to serve as the senior on-site representative at assigned locations. You will oversee flight operations, airborne collection, aircraft maintenance, logistics, facilities, and customer coordination, reporting, and compliance with FAA Part 91 and related procedures.

The role supports CONUS/OCONUS missions, with deployments up to 90 days and training at Titusville, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site operations including direct customer interactions, flight operations, and logistics.
• Coordinate daily operational planning, scope, design, and execution.
• Maintain oversight of on-site staff, equipment, and readiness.
• Develop operating procedures and site stand-up or mobilization plans.
• Submit accurate daily flight operation reports and brief senior leadership.
• Support scheduling, procurement, and pre-deployment training.
• Enforce flight standards and regulatory compliance.
