Job summary

A2G International LLC is seeking Lead Mission Systems Operators to execute remote sensing missions and lead MSOs in tactical ISR environments. This role involves aircrew duties on multi-position aircraft, training, and mission planning during deployments.

Training is conducted in Titusville, FL, with no relocation required. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related ISR experience, plus leadership experience, and an active DoD/FAA clearance, with knowledge of ISR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with six (6)+ years of related experience. Additional years' experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
• Two (2) or more years of experience supervising or leading teams and projects.
• Current FAA Class III Medical Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Function safely and effectively as an aircrew member in a tactical ISR environment.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and management of assigned MSOs.
• Conduct initial, recurrent, and mission qualification training.
• Perform MSO standardization evaluations and proficiency assessments.
• Operate and maintain ISR equipment and collection systems.
• Coordinate real-time data and communications with aircrew and ground assets.
