Job summary

A2G International LLC is seeking a Lead Mission Systems Operator to execute remote sensing mission tasks as an aircrew member in a tactical ISR environment. You will lead a team of MSOs, plan missions, train personnel, and coordinate with pilots and processing teams to ensure successful operations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience, plus leadership experience and familiarity with ISR sensors and comms systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus six or more years of related experience.
• Two or more years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSOs and mentor assigned personnel to promote safety culture.
• Conduct training including initial, recurrent, and mission qualification.
• Plan, execute, brief, and debrief missions with aircrew and processing teams.
• Communicate sensor capabilities and limitations to teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with site managers, pilots, and processing teams to plan and execute missions.
