Job summary

Leidos’ Integrated Airborne Solutions seeks a Field Service Representative to support multiple ISR platforms from Bridgewater, Virginia. The role involves on-site and remote support for CONUS and OCONUS customers, with experience in Full Motion Video, tactical radios, and IT principles.

Candidates should be self-motivated, travel-ready, and hold a Security+ or equivalent certification with potential TS access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s with relevant experience in networking or IT.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT or IAM Level II or higher is required or attainable.
• Security+ certification current or within 6 months.
• Willingness to deploy to CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, maintain, service, troubleshoot, test and compile data for mission equipment including BLOS/VULOS, cryptographic devices, data links, and IP networking.
• Implement configuration management, safety and quality assurance per AS9100D.
• Maintain tactical communications systems and networks, crypto devices, and firewall/router configurations.
• Develop, troubleshoot on-site Sensor Integration Lab to support mission readiness.
• Patch software and troubleshoot Windows and Linux products to sustain operations.
• Configure Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS; create documentation for new tech procedures.
• Coordinate updates with Leidos and customer points of contact to maintain mission readiness.
