Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Field Service Representative to support on-site and remote mission equipment from our Bridgewater, VA office, and at CONUS/OCONUS locations. You will work with aircraft mission systems including BLOS/VULOS, Link-16, IP networks, and cryptographic gear to ensure mission readiness.

Ideal candidates will hold DoD 8570/8140 IAT/IAM Level II, a Security+ certification, and be willing to deploy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience in Networking, VMware, or Microsoft servers (or Masters with less experience).

Responsibilities

Collect, maintain, service, troubleshoot, test and document data for aircraft mission equipment including BLOS/VULOS, CTDLs, and cryptographic gear.
Implement configuration management, safety and quality processes per AS9100D and contract requirements.
Maintain and troubleshoot Tactical communication systems, encryptors, routers, DHCP/DNS, and IP networks.
Develop, review, and document preventative maintenance for mission equipment in harsh environments.
Configure local security measures for hardware and ensure mission readiness.
