Qualifications

• 10+ years of FAA or DoD ATC operational experience.
• Experience with system acquisitions and integration.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide air traffic operations support and policy/procedures development.
• Support capacity enhancements through policy and new procedures.
• Coordinate ConOps and HITL/CHI activities with field facilities.
• Self-manage work assignments and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Contribute to project direction and cross-team collaboration.
• Foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
