Regulus Group, a leading air traffic management company, seeks a senior program manager to oversee large FAA-related programs. You will manage budgets, schedules, and teams, ensuring compliance with program requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Ideal candidates hold an MBA or advanced business degree, PMP certification, and extensive experience in program management, Earned Value processes, and government contracting environments. The role is full-time and based on-site.

Qualifications

• Must hold PMP certification and have extensive program management experience.
• Familiarity with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) is desirable.
• Experience administering Earned Value Management on large programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and report all aspects of program/project execution including budget and staffing.
• Direct work assignments, scheduling, and resource management across contracts.
• Provide guidance across initiating, planning, executing, and closing project phases.
• Ensure goals are set, responsibilities defined, and results documented.
• Interface with government, contractor managers, and customer representatives.
• Lead proposal or capture activities for new opportunities.
