Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or systems) with master's preferred.
• Ten years of relevant experience in process or implementation engineering.
• High proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office products.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to lead or advise to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform process and implementation engineering tasks for government aviation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to install and test network, hardware, and software components of aviation systems.
• Participate in all phases of the systems engineering life cycle: requirements, design, and test.
• Self-manage assignments, ensure quality and on-time deliverables, and contribute to customer success.
• Contribute to project direction and foster collaboration.
• Engage with working groups through oral and written communication and build cooperative relationships.
• Support a diverse, inclusive work environment and knowledge sharing.
