Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and coordinate geographically dispersed field installation teams supporting FAA air traffic control system deployments nationwide. You will oversee field engineers, electricians, technicians, installers, and subcontractors, ensuring work is planned, staffed, and executed to meet safety, quality, and schedule commitments.

The role requires coordinating across regions, reviewing technical packages, and developing execution strategies.

Qualifications

• Lead or coordinate field personnel across multiple sites and regions.
• Interpret installation drawings and technical packages for execution readiness.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and meet customer security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage field teams performing hands-on installation, deployment, site preparation, integration support, and related field activities in active FAA environments.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day coordination for field engineers, electricians, technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement project-specific execution plans, staffing plans, and site readiness procedures.
• Review engineering drawings and installation packages to ensure clarity and readiness.
• Monitor schedule, safety, quality, and customer commitments across regions.
