Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and coordinate field installation teams supporting FAA air traffic control systems nationwide. You will provide execution leadership for multiple regions, manage field personnel, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates bring significant leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% to field sites across the country.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years in installation management or lead capacity.
• Experience coordinating field personnel across regions and sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field installation teams across regions.
• Manage schedules, scopes of work, and safety requirements.
• Review drawings and installation packages for readiness.
• Develop risk management plans and field execution plans.
• Coordinate with FAA stakeholders and subcontractors.
