Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Installation Manager to lead geographically dispersed field installation teams supporting FAA air traffic control systems nationwide. You will oversee field engineers, electricians, technicians, installers, and subcontractors, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and compliance with project scopes.

The role requires 8+ years in field leadership with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

8+ years of related experience for Associate level, 10+ for Senior level.
Experience leading or coordinating field personnel such as engineers, electricians, technicians, installers, or subcontractors.
Ability to manage geographically dispersed field work across multiple sites, regions, or initiatives.
Ability to interpret installation drawings, scopes of work, and field documentation.
Strong understanding of field safety, quality, and scheduling practices.

Responsibilities

Manage field teams performing hands-on installation and related field activities.
Provide leadership and day-to-day coordination for field personnel.
Ensure installation activities are planned, staffed, and executed to schedule.
Assign staff based on project needs, qualifications, and availability.
Promote safety policies and ensure field safety measures are followed.
Develop execution and staffing plans, site readiness plans, and project approaches.
Coordinate with FAA customers, project managers, and contractors to optimize delivery.
