Job summary

Torch Technologies seeks a Program Manager / Test Engineer to join a dedicated team focusing on air-to-ground weapons at Eglin AFB. You will lead planning, conduct complex evaluations, and ensure rigorous testing of munitions and related technologies.

The role requires a strong technical background, leadership, and the ability to communicate findings through high-level briefings. A Top-Secret clearance with SCI access is required or achievable.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Master’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with fighter/bomber live-fire testing programs or familiarity with air-to-ground munitions.
• Effective oral communication and strong technical writing skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance with SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Attend or conduct planning meetings and perform highly complex technical studies.
• Evaluate impact of new technologies on current force structures.
• Provide advisory support to junior personnel and facilitate information exchange with government and industry.
• Present critical findings in high-level briefings to influence requirements and acquisition decisions.
