Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Program Manager / Test Engineer to join a team focused on Air-to-Ground Weapons at the Eglin AFB location. The role requires leading technical and project management activities, applying DOE methods to evaluate weapons systems, and delivering independent analyses to influence requirements and acquisitions.

The candidate should have advanced engineering credentials, combat-aircraft weapons experience, and the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance with SCI

Qualifications

• Must have strong oral communication and technical writing skills.
• Experience with air-to-ground weapons or weapons testing programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top-Secret clearance with SCI access (last 6 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and reporting of complex system evaluations.
• Provide advisory support to junior personnel and coordinate with government/industry partners.
• Deliver high-level briefings and influence requirements definition, acquisition, and integration of air-to-ground capabilities.
