Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager / Test Engineer to support the 28th Test and Evaluation Squadron (28 TES) D0G division focused on air-to-ground weapons. This position requires extensive experience in air-to-ground munitions, technical leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities include planning, execution, and reporting of complex evaluations and developing methodologies for evaluating weapon systems. A Master’s degree and significant experience are required, alongside the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in air-to-ground weapons.
• Experience as a rated pilot or test engineer with air-to-ground munitions.
• Ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance with SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planning meetings and perform technical studies.
• Evaluate new technologies' impact on current force structures.
• Present findings in high-level briefings.
