Job summary

Total Safety U.S., Inc. in Texas is seeking an Air Technician to join our safety-focused team.

The role involves cleaning, calibrating and repairing various gas monitoring systems, breathing equipment, and related safety gear while maintaining strict documentation and quality standards. The candidate will gain hands-on experience with SCBA, regulators, and safety devices, perform inspections and repairs, and assist with job staging and delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites including offshore projects.
• Must pass internal forklift certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, service, reassemble and test SCBA and respiratory equipment.
• Maintain documentation and data entry with customer signatures for invoicing and records.
• Perform visual inspections and system tests, report deficiencies and suggest corrective actions.
• Assist with stocking, staging, and loading orders; keep work areas clean and safe.
