Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies in the United States is seeking a Service Technician to service and repair air compressors and related equipment across DIRECTAIR sites. You will monitor sites remotely, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

We offer paid on-site training through Air Academy, a company vehicle, and a flexible 4 day-10 hour schedule. Advancement opportunities exist, with 80% of service managers starting as techs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with rotary screw compressors preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods.
• Coachable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment at DIRECTAIR sites.
• Monitor sites remotely and respond proactively to issues.
• Diagnose issues and propose solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify site repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete accurate service reports and communicate site needs.
• Keep service vehicle stocked with tools and parts.
• Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime.
• Represent OTC professionally and build customer relationships.
• Follow safety protocols and stay current through training.
