Job summary

No prior air compressor experience is required—if you're comfortable taking things apart, figuring out how they work, and reassembling correctly, we'll teach you the rest. Ideal background includes auto/diesel repair, HVAC, or industrial trades.

Qualifications

• Solid mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair experience.
• Comfort with hand and power tools and basic diagnostics.
• Ability to read and follow manuals and schematics.
• Detail-oriented with willingness to do the job right the first time.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair, rebuild, and install air compressors and shop air systems.
• Diagnose and replace wear components such as valves, switches, gauges, and hoses.
• Install piping and test for leaks in shops and small facilities.
• Maintain clear records of work performed, parts used, and time on each job.
