• Three (3) years or more of work experience in a Supervisory or Management role.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop air service strategies to attract and retain service and grow passenger traffic.
• Maintain strong relationships with airlines, cargo operators, and travel stakeholders.
• Track capacity, load factors, passenger data to identify trends.
• Provide information for startup or expansion, including pro forma and costs.
• Monitor industry trends and report on market conditions.
• Develop and administer air service incentive programs.
