Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift availability, up to 5 days per week.
• Meets local requirements to operate a vehicle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides leadership and builds positive, cross‑level relationships across the organization.
• Implements employee development plans to ensure ongoing professional growth.
• Ensures all department employees receive orientation, training, materials, evaluations, and proactive coaching.
