Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, environmental health, geology, biology, ecology, or closely related field.
• Four years of technical experience in environmental science, environmental engineering, environmental health, geology, biology, ecology, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Applicants may meet educational requirements within three months of graduating.

Responsabilités

• Compliance Monitoring: Schedule, plan, and conduct on-site inspections and write reports documenting compliance or noncompliance.
• Complaint Investigation: Investigate air pollution complaints and document results.
• Ambient Sampling: Collect samples and monitor stack tests.
• Data Management: Update and verify data accuracy in electronic systems.
• Enforcement: Write notices and assist with corrective actions.
• Professional Development: Participate in knowledge sharing and training.
