HF Sinclair Corporation in Artesia, NM seeks a Manager, Environmental Air & ESG to oversee site operation environmental teams and lead the ESG compliance program. You will manage a small corporate team, focusing on public reporting and governance systems to ensure regulatory adherence.

The role requires driving environmental strategy, supervising a handful of staff, and coordinating with regulators while advancing HF Sinclair's ESG initiatives across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Experience leading ESG and environmental programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site environmental teams focusing on air and ESG compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and influence implementation.
• Manage corporate ESG compliance program including tools, governance and reporting.
• Oversee internal corporate environmental training program.
• Ensure timely submission of public ESG reports.
• Communicate with regulators and stakeholders as required.
• Mentor and supervise approximately three employees.
