Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years as an Environmental Engineer or an Air Quality Engineer, or five years in environmental protection/project development.
• Professional Engineer license or equivalent from PA or another state.

Responsibilities

• Program Oversight: Manage the implementation of air quality permit programs across the region
• Staff Guidance: Supervise engineering teams as they review applications and assess compliance
• Technical Evaluation: Review detailed engineering submissions and ensure alignment with regulatory standards
• Public Engagement: Communicate permitting requirements to applicants and community members
• Regulatory Actions: Support enforcement activities by providing technical advice and recommendations
