Qualifications

• One year of professional experience as a Sanitarian or related air quality role.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides required knowledge and abilities.
• Valid PA driver's license and PA residency requirements are required.

Responsibilities

• Record Management: maintain and review compliance files and tracking systems.
• Case Evaluation: research case histories and assess evidence for enforcement actions.
• Interagency Coordination: collaborate with agency offices and attorneys on compliance matters.
• Enforcement Actions: prepare documents for administrative, civil, and criminal actions.
• Legal Support: organize evidence and prepare witnesses for hearings.
• Data Entry: input information into electronic systems ensuring accuracy.
