Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering related to Environmental, Civil, Chemical, Mechanical or Sanitary Engineering with 1 year of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in the above fields with 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Examines and evaluates plans and specifications for environmental engineering structures, systems and operations.
• Participates in or maintains indirect controls over technical environmental engineering activities across multiple programs.
• Conducts field surveys and studies with necessary laboratory services.
• Provides technical assistance and advice to the public, officials, and engineers.
• Leads other engineers and clerical staff in environmental engineering activities.
• Develops and administers major environmental engineering programs, including plans and budgets.
