Qualifications

• Substantial experience in the aviation industry.
• Proficient understanding of 14 CFR 61, 91, and 141 regulations.
• Prior experience working in a Part 141 flight school environment.
• Familiarity with TSA regulations pertaining to flight school records.
• Collaborate with the Chief Pilot and Assistant Chief Pilot to implement positive changes to the flight program.
• Efficiently coordinate with the Chief Pilot and maintenance team to ensure the safe and timely maintenance of aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Build quality relationships with faculty, students, and industry clients, fostering trust and empathy.
• Effectively serve both assigned students and instructors, providing comprehensive guidance.
• Recruit and retain a highly qualified faculty team using statewide qualification standards and support faculty development.
• Establish clear performance expectations for faculty and manage instructors.
• Create a culture of feedback among the team and learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with faculty to ensure engagement and accountability.
