TSTC in Texas is seeking an instructor to deliver approved curricula in an applied learning environment. You will mentor students, deliver high-quality instruction, and integrate technology to enhance learning outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessment, feedback, and maintaining records while promoting program recruitment and staying flexible for evening or weekend sessions. The role emphasizes excellence, accountability, service, and integrity.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenses or substantial relevant aircraft maintenance experience.
• Ability to develop in-class and online presentations on airframes and powerplants.
• Ability to develop learning outcomes, hands-on projects, and mastery assessments.
• Minimum 2+ years of maintaining aerospace vehicles.
• Demonstrated airframe theory and maintenance of airframe systems (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.).
• Demonstrated powerplant theory and maintenance of engines and APUs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high quality instruction across the curriculum.
• Facilitate activities and discussions for diverse learning styles with mentorship.
• Integrate technology to enrich educational experiences.
• Interpret and administer assessments and provide feedback for student growth.
• Maintain student records and supervisory environment, ensuring safety.
