Qualifications

• Substantial experience in the aviation industry.
• Proficient understanding of 14 CFR 61, 91, and 141 regulations.
• Experience working in a Part 141 flight school environment.
• CFI certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build quality relationships with faculty, students and industry clients to foster trust and empathy.
• Recruit and retain a highly qualified faculty team via statewide qualification standards.
• Establish clear performance expectations for faculty and manage instructors to meet goals.
• Coordinate program resources and budgets with statewide partners and manage ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with shared services on curriculum and ensure industry relevance.
