Job summary

Buckland is seeking an Intermediate Air & Ocean Specialist to coordinate documentation, clearance, and post-clearance delivery for US shipments. You will monitor entry summaries and ensure shipments are filed in compliance with applicable regulations.

Join a customer-focused team and help optimize import processes while collaborating with forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and on-time customer service.

Qualifications

The Role

This position is responsible for coordinate the handling of documentation and advances for clearance, delivery of freight after clearance, and monitoring and control all entry/entry summary preparation to ensure shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations.

Required Qualifications And Experience

Physical Demands

• Occasionally bend, squat, kneel, reach above shoulder, and frequently sit, handle objects (manual dexterity), use fine finger movement.
• Occasionally must carry/lift loads of up to 15 lbs.
