Job summary

Buckland is seeking an Intermediate Air & Ocean Specialist to coordinate documentation and advances for clearance and delivery of freight. You will monitor entry/entry summary to ensure shipments comply with US CFRs and maintain critical documentation with a focus on accuracy.

You will work closely with forwarders, support billing decisions, and ensure POD is supplied while providing excellent service to clients in a dynamic logistics environment.

Responsibilities

The Role

This position is responsible for coordinate the handling of documentation and advances for clearance, delivery of freight after clearance, and monitoring and control all entry/entry summary preparation to ensure shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations.

Required Qualifications And Experience

Physical Demands

• Occasionally bend, squat, kneel, reach above shoulder, and frequently sit, handle objects (manual dexterity), use fine finger movement.
• Occasionally must carry/lift loads of up to 15 lbs.
