Job summary

Buckland seeks an Air & Ocean Specialist, Senior to coordinate documentation and clearance for shipments in the US. You will monitor entry summaries and manage delivery after clearance to ensure compliance with regulations.

In this role you will supervise customer service, work with forwarders daily, and help maintain department processes while supporting profitability and accurate billing. A permanent, flexible schedule may include hybrid or office work.

The Role

This position is responsible for coordinating the handling of documentation and advances for clearance, delivery of freight after clearance, and monitoring and controlling all entry/entry summary preparation to ensure shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations.

Physical Demands

• Occasionally bend, squat, kneel, reach above shoulder, and frequently sit, handle objects (manual dexterity), use fine finger movement.
