Job summary

White Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Air & Ocean Export Manager in Denver, Colorado. You will lead the export department, develop the operational team and drive service, compliance, profitability and growth for a leading global freight forwarder.

The role requires strong air and ocean export freight-forwarding experience, AES filings knowledge, and proven leadership. A base salary of $120,000 plus bonus and full benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing air and ocean export operations.
• Knowledge of AES filings and export documentation.
• Proven leadership and budget/KPIs management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the air and ocean export team.
• Oversee shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Monitor productivity, service levels, billing and profitability.
• Maintain relationships with customers, carriers and overseas offices.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and procedures.
• Support pricing, customer retention and new-business implementation.
• Manage departmental budgets, KPIs and business plans.
