Qualifications

• Current or temporary ND RN license or compact RN licensure.
• ACLS, PALS and BLS certification required on hire.
• Official diploma or transcript from the school/university where the degree was received.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the air medical transport program, including staffing, scheduling, and coordination of resources.
• Collaborate with aviation partners, clinical leadership, and regulatory bodies to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
• Monitor performance metrics, quality indicators, and safety reports; lead improvement efforts as needed.
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning for helicopter services.
• Participate in outreach, education, and relationship building with referring facilities and community partners.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and evaluation for flight staff; promote safety and high performance.
