Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in Austin, TX is seeking a Controller to serve as central data and information hub for local operations and customers. The role requires maintaining professional communication with warehouse and ramp operations, 3rd party providers, and customers through calls and system updates.

The controller will be SME in the customer’s standard work manual to drive required communications.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Data Entry.
• Highschool diploma, GED or International equivalent.
• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes in procedures.
• Be willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep Inbound and Outbound Trucks Activity Logs.
• Professionally handle Inbound calls and outbound calls.
• Monitor Inbound and Outbound flights.
• Adapt to constant changes in procedures.
• Create and send reports on time “in the loop”.
• Display ability to work as a team.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Knowledgeable of Amazon Logistics System.
• Have ability to follow instructions.
• Be willing to work and be trained in all aspects of the operation.
• Detail Oriented.
• Must Be Flexible.
• Exceptional Communication Skills.
