Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in Austin, TX seeks a Controller/Data Entry professional to act as the central data hub for local operations and the customer. You will maintain logs, handle inbound/outbound calls, monitor flights, and generate timely reports in the customer system.

The role requires accuracy under pressure, strong data-entry skills, and the ability to follow standard work procedures. Training will cover all aspects of the operation and safety requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years’ experience in Data Entry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) preferred.
• GWAM of 35+ words per minute.

Job Summary

Controllers function as the central clearing house for all data and information for the local operation and the customer. In this role, the controller must maintain consistent and professional communication with warehouse operations, ramp operations, 3rd party trucking providers and the customer through phone calls and updates in the customers proprietary computer system.

The successful controller will be a subject matter expert in the customers standard work manual and use this as a guide to drive required communications. Examples of communications would include notice of flight/linehaul delays, operational escalationsand consumable inventories.

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in Data Entry.
• Highschool diploma, GED or International equivalent
• Professionally handle Inbound calls and outbound calls.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to constant changes in procedures.
• Be willing to work overtime when needed.
• Detail Oriented with exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Good customer services skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) is preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• GWAM of 35+ words per minute.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit for prolonged period.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in stressful working conditions and under pressure.
• Ability to work in seasonal and adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work rotating shift including weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday & Sunday), holidays and days off.
