You will own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for air freight, including sourcing forwarders, airlines, RFQs, and negotiating competitive rates and capacity. Key responsibilities include strategic sourcing, airline contracting, RFQ/RFP management, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance is required.
• 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, or logistics sourcing with a focus on Air Freight.
• Proven experience managing RFP/RFQ processes and performing financial data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement lifecycle for air freight, including sourcing forwarders and airlines.
• Manage RFQ/RFP packages and supplier quotations.
• Negotiate rates, capacity, and terms with airlines and service providers.
• Coordinate with Legal on agreements and track contract compliance.
• Develop procurement strategies to drive cost savings.
• Prepare procurement reports and supplier performance metrics.
