DHL Global Forwarding is hiring an Air Freight Export Specialist in Boston, MA. You will manage end-to-end air export shipments, coordinate bookings, and serve as the main contact between customers, carriers, brokers, and overseas stations.

You will prepare required documents and track shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records in CargoWise. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation with proactive communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience in air freight preferred.
• Familiarity with CargoWise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export shipments end-to-end.
• Book airlines timely and execute shipments.
• Serve as main contact between customers, carriers, brokers and stations.
• Prepare shipping docs (AWB, AES/EEI, AMS, manifests).
• Track shipments and provide proactive updates.
• Ensure compliance with export/import regulations.
• Bill and maintain records in CargoWise.
• Meet KPIs for service, accuracy and productivity.
