Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead execution across a portfolio of Air Force development programs, including radar development and processor initiatives. You will supervise cost, schedule, and technical performance with disciplined program management across multiple teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) and 10+ years of relevant experience, with the ability to obtain a Secret U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years experience.
Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical execution using EVMS or similar tools.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and programs.
Ability to obtain a Secret U.S. government clearance after start.

Responsibilities

Lead execution across major Air Force development programs and related efforts.
Oversee procurement, manufacturing, integration, and testing for development units.
Lead proposal development, strategy, and negotiations for new and follow-on work.
Direct cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Contracts.
Maintain proactive communication with U.S. Air Force, DoD customers, primes, and stakeholders.
Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance using established processes.
