Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required or equivalent.
• 7+ years in defense business development, capture management, or program management.
• Active DoW Secret clearance required; Top Secret/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all Air Force capture activities from opportunity identification to award.
• Build and sustain relationships with Air Force stakeholders and coordinate engagements.
• Own requirements shaping activities and ensure alignment with capture strategy and solutions.
