Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related field.
• Prior supervision and air export experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the air export team.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and report on cargo delivery times and costs.
