Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated Air Export Supervisor in Houston to oversee daily operations of the air export team and ensure timely shipment processing.

You will supervise coordinators, communicate with customers and carriers, and resolve issues from delays to customs clearance while maintaining accurate documentation and strong service standards. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and strong MS Office skills, plus familiarity with TMS/ERP in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, international business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of air export operations, documentation, and regulations.

• Resolve issues related to shipments, such as delays, damages, or customs clearance problems
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation including air waybills and commercial invoices
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Participate in developing process improvements for efficiency and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, international business, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of air export operations, documentation, and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
