Job summary

The TemPositions Group of Companies is assisting a logistics client located near JFK Airport in recruiting an Air Export Coordinator to join their growing team. This direct hire role offers exposure to ocean export as you learn the end-to-end process.

You will handle customer quotes, coordinate bookings, manage documentation, and liaise with airlines and customers. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; CargoWise experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Air Export experience.
• CargoWise preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer quotes and coordinate bookings for shipments.
• Negotiate with airlines and carriers and handle pickups.
• Prepare airway bills and export documentation.
• Communicate with customers and vendors and manage escalations.
• Guide shipments through final departure and ensure on-time delivery.
