Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on air export freight forwarding experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations and air freight compliance.
• Experience with export documentation, carrier procedures, and international shipping rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export shipments from booking through departure, ensuring timely execution.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, overseas agents, airlines, and vendors.
• Prepare pre-alerts, shipping docs, and shipment status updates.
• Issue and review air waybills, export docs, and billing documents with accuracy.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
• Arrange cargo pickups and coordinate with trucking partners to meet schedules.
• Negotiate air freight rates with carriers while maintaining service standards.
• Prepare client reports and maintain accurate shipment records and tracking.
• Issue invoices, reconcile costs, and manage pending charges per procedures.
• Handle claims and exceptions per company policies and customer expectations.
• Dispatch and follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
• Close files promptly and ensure all operational and financial documentation is complete.

• Handle claims and exceptions in line with company policies and customer expectations.
• Dispatch and follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
• Close files promptly and ensure all operational and financial documentation is complete.
• Resolve operational challenges efficiently and escalating when necessary.

What You Bring:
