Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. seeks an experienced Field Team Leader for our Air Emission Testing practice in Austin, TX. You will supervise field teams, plan projects, coordinate with clients, and perform stack tests to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Overview

TRC has an immediate opening for an experienced Field Team Leader with our Air Emission Testing Practice. This position will be based out of our Austin, TX office.

The successful candidate will work with a talented staff to continue serving clients and growth in the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete all required annual safety and credential training.
• Plan, coordinate, and prepare projects.
• Coordinate on-site with clients and project execution.
• Lead project field teams.
• Perform air emission tests using Federal, State or Local stack test methods.
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation, equipment calibrations and repairs, prep and packing for future projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and physical.
• Good organization skills and driven.
• Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• A current and valid passport is a plus.
• BS in related science or engineering field or equivalent work history, with a minimum of three years stack testing experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Federal Regulations (40 CFR parts 51, 60, 63, and 75) and EPA quality assurance and guidance documents.
• QI certification in Groups I and III.
• Willingness/ability to travel at least 75%.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
