Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. seeks an experienced Field Team Leader for our Air Emission Testing practice in Austin, TX. You will supervise field teams, plan projects, coordinate with clients, and perform stack tests to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• BS in related science or engineering field with a minimum of three years stack testing experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; proficient with Word and Excel.
• Willingness/ability to travel at least 75%.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and prepare projects.
• Coordinate on-site with clients and project execution.
• Lead project field teams.
• Perform air emission tests using Federal, State or Local stack test methods.
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation, equipment calibrations and repairs, prep and packing for future projects.
