Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, psychology, cognitive science, design or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant user research experience on digital products.
• Ability to design, plan and execute research studies with clear objectives.
• Strong portfolio showing research influencing product development.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional partners; capable of driving discussions with data.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
• Estimated travel between 25-30%.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Air Defense product and program strategy with data-driven insights.
• Lead UX research activities: blueprints, contexts, ethnography, focus groups, usability tests.
• Use storytelling to align partners and stakeholders.
• Recommend ideas to improve products based on actionable insights.
• Consolidate research insights and communicate efficiently with stakeholders.
• Influence end-to-end operator experiences in Air Defense workflows.
• Help shape UX research practices across Anduril.
