Job summary

Elbit America is seeking a Service Coordinator II to support the Program Management Office by coordinating administrative, contractual, and logistical aspects of defense-related service contracts.

You will work with Program Managers to track milestones, maintain repair contract documentation, and facilitate communication across internal teams, suppliers, affiliates, and customer POCs. Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with DoD contracting, FAR/DFARS is a plus.
• Experience with project tracking tools or contract management systems desired.

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones and contractual obligations for defense-related service contracts.
• Coordinate meetings and documentation with subcontractors, suppliers, and customer stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Assist in processing procurement requests, invoices, repair quotes, and ERP updates for service contracts.
• Support contract modifications, audits, and customer deliverables.
