Hotel Victor in Miami Beach is seeking a reliable Air Conditioning Technician to join our Engineering team. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the hotel’s HVAC systems to ensure guest comfort and a safe, well-maintained property.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, diagnosing electrical and plumbing issues, assisting with basic maintenance tasks, keeping accurate records, and adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• HVAC/AC technician experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Reliable, hands on, and able to work independently.

POSITION: AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN DEPARTMENT: Maintenance REPORTS TO: Director of Engineering Job Summary: Hotel Victor is looking for a reliable and experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join our Engineering team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the hotel’s air conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable experience for our guests and a safe, well maintained property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems
