Job summary

Hotel Victor in Miami Beach is seeking a reliable Air Conditioning Technician to join our Engineering team. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the property's HVAC systems to ensure guest comfort and a safe, well-maintained environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on HVAC experience, knowledge of commercial systems, and basic electrical and plumbing skills.

EPA certification is preferred. This is a full-time, non-management role within the Maintenance department reporting to the

• Previous HVAC/AC technician experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN

DEPARTMENT: Maintenance

REPORTS TO: Director of Engineering

Job Summary: Hotel Victor is looking for a reliable and experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join our Engineering team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the hotel’s air conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable experience for our guests and a safe, well maintained property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems


• Perform preventive maintenance on AC units and equipment


• Diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, and drainage components


• Respond to guest room and hotel maintenance requests


• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance as needed


• Maintain maintenance records and follow all safety procedures

Requirements:
